So basically here, I have missed kind of lot
number of classes due to 2 unacceptable reasons. First, I do chose Introduction
to business, which is why I was absent at first. Second, this is the last time
I have absent due to I changed the elective subjects and my timetable of this
course which is contextual studies subject does not appear on. I was being told
that we have to introduce ourselves with the funny way.
(Okay, done with all those stupid blaming ...)
My own personal manifesto
- " Let myself have a second chance, try my best and be the best person " -
Here, I am going to start my stupid and funny introduction of myself. My name is Chuah Tien Ling where, my nickname is Chloe. Chloe did not included on my I/C is because of my grandparents who are kind of tradition which is why my parents can't include Chloe in my I/C. I was born on 9th April 1995 at Kota Braru, Kelantan. I am kind of sad because my entire family were born in Taiping, Perak. In reality I am actually a Kelantanese because I was born there since my family moved to Kelantan for work. Now, I am a Taylorian and studying Foundation in Design at Taylor's University Lakeside Campus. Basically, I have studied Foundation in Science before where the reason why I am doing design now is because of I couldn’t cope with the stressfulness of those scientific-brain-style. I used to be freedom and I did need to tight myself up with all those result and wishes from my relative. Now, I end up doing design which is one of my favourite future jobs.
(Okay now, I am going to share some of my funny minor accident that I have experienced.)
I remember 2 year past, after my tuition class I walked out from the door as the teacher dismissed us earlier that day. I was waiting not for long when a car that looked exactly like mine came in. Without hesitating, I opened the door and sat in it. “Dad, you are early today, this is not like you,” I blurted. After waiting for such long seconds, he did not reply me. I turned my head to the driver. I was shocked! What? He…he is not my dad! The worst thing was that he was not even any of my friends’ fathers; he was totally a stranger. Immediately I said, “Sorry, uncle, I made a mistake.” I rushed down from the car. I was wondering, was he laughing at me in the car? Oh goodness! I should have worn my spectacles.
Then, there was the incident about I could still remember vividly that embarrassing incident when I was in primary school. I was undergoing the high-jump training in the field, but then, an unpleasant thing happened. It was a call of nature that came in a sudden! I dare not to ask the permission to leave from the coach, as he had a pair of piercing eyes that could even scared a tiger and always wear a face of gloomy thunder. What was worse than that was, I did not think I could hold on for any longer. It was also quite awkward for a girl to say it out.
‘Girl, you may take a short break now,’ he said, just before I reached my limit.Poof! I rushed as fast as lightning towards the toilet. Ahh…I finally felt a wave of incredible sense of relief. Just then, I heard some voices out there. Feeling nothing, I went out. I could not believe what my eyes had just seen! Right in front of me, were two boys standing there, peeing into the toilet bowl! Both of them were staring at me, the next seconds, they burst into laughter! I realized I had entered the wrong toilet…At that moment; my whole world was completely grey. Absolutely humiliated, I dashed out the toilet and went into class trying to cover my face.
These are some part of funny accident that can actually happen to me. I felt embarrassing while sharing yet, I like people know me more about those stupid stuff that I have done. Thinking back of the silly accidents, I still cannot believe those things had actually happened to me. Throughout these all, I guess you could understand me that I am that careless person.

Aesthetic and Function
Throughout my research of Aesthetic
and Function the functionality of design is not a new subject in
the digital world, but it is important. Not to mention, function is often
highly valued over aesthetic. “What’s the point if they can’t use it? Function
and aesthetic do not have to be mutually exclusive ideas, nor should they be.
Design only lives to serve its purpose if it is actually of use to
people, on the same note, the functional web will never be put to use if it is
not appealing enough draw an audience.
First and foremost, it is of utmost importance that you consider your
target audience when exploring design ideas: Who, How and Why? This is also the
point where you should consider the ultimate goal of your design: What is the
purpose of your website or other platform?
It is
important to be familiar with the registered design differences
as you may need to register a design in both sections for complete protection
or only in a specific section because it doesn't qualify for both sections. When
it comes to an aesthetic design,
the shape, pattern, ornamentation and configuration of the article must meet
the requirements for an aesthetic design. The design is registered based on
features that apply to visual appeal whether the features have specific
aesthetic value or not. When it comes to a functional design, the pattern,
shape or configuration is assessed based on the article having the features
necessitated by its function. A functional design to be valid must not be
commonplace in art and it must be new. For an aesthetic design the requirement
is that it must be original and new.
