week 6 - Interview Pink Guy

On this day, 13th Sept , we went to Kaki Seni which is in Pavillion. I went there together with Wei Yi and Cong .. This is because it is part of the requirement for our final project which is for visual culture. After we done for everything, we were prosit to interview Pink Guy. We went there by Nick's car.

We start off at around 2.30pm. After we arrived , we were waited for him due to he was having his customer that time. By not wasting our time, we were walked around for have a look for all of the sculpture. Basically , all of the sculpture were done by one of the famous artist which Is Mr. Ch'ng. His work were all basically kind of ugly yet it looks quite nice somehow.

One hour has  passed and he was finished dealing with his customer. By so, we at sorted off to talk with him and introduce ourselves. Soon, we started our interview with him. We had prepared 10 questions basically. For the first 5 are been asked by Jien Li. The rest of 5 been askd by me. After done interview. We asked the information from pink guy which is about Mr.Ch'ng.

Luckily that Pink guy didn't not gets annoy by us and does help us up. He told that I will arrange for us to have an interview with Mr. Ch'ng. He gave us the informations that Mr. Ch'ng will be having an exhibition at Art Expo 2014.. He asked us to interview him over that because Punk Guy will be there as well. He will helps us up with some requirement that we need.







Finally, we did interview Mr. Ch'ng at the Malaysian Art Expo 2014.

As the moment we step in the Art Expo. we were kind of lost in there due to there is too much of foringe artist and all of the art work are totally attractive to us. We did like take around 30-60 minutes to search where Mr. Ch'ng place was.

We were introduce ourselves first then being our interview. Jien Li is the one who in charge in asking the questions. While Cong and me were in chrge on the video. we were trying to search for the better angel-to shoot out. Cong was the onw who recorded about what Jien Li asked, and me was the one who recorded straight toward Mr. Ch'ng.

Due to we couldn't find the cheaper mic, we decided to only use phone to recorded the voice.

Mr. Ch'ng seem friendly doing all of the process. While interviewing he did actually said or told that he likes the questions the we prepared. This is because that nowadays, teenagers wouldn't ask or even understand about the story behind and did not actually think forward to future. He was kind of appreciate with what we have asked. He though kind of deep and it does impress me (about the journey he came and the story behind the sculpture.)
